Welcome to Melbourne Ladies Hash House Harriets (MLH3)

Melbourne Ladies meet every Thursday night at 6.30 pm for a 7:00 pm start on a 4-6 km run with the majority of runners now masquerading as walkers.  

MLH3 Harriets welcome men to join them and run or walk in all sorts of weather – rain, hail or sunshine.   Venues are traditionally from members houses, or on occasions may run from a pub or restaurant; in summer MLH3 love nothing more than a park run where along with their grog they arrive armed with a can of aerogard!

Each run is followed by great food, questionable down-downs and hilarious company.

Visitors and new members are most welcome with a “down down” guaranteed!
